It puts you in the fence stradling area of taxes, the individual filer that has to file a Schedule C which that schedule is handled like a business.

The most common and sometimes expensive form of business due to limited liability but the state enforced LLET that mandates at minimum you owe the state of KY $175 per year even if you lose all you have. For these filers I offer a very discounted rate on their individual taxes which i complete once i have the LLC taxes completed
