Business Transaction Recording

These services can be performed on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis depending on your business needs and number of transactions particularly those dealing with cash

Accounts Receivable & Cash Postings

Recording the cash, you have coming in from your various revenue streams and posting to the appropriate general ledger accounts, including customer sales, donations, unearned income, etc

Accounts Payable & Bill Payments

This will be entering your bills due, whether received via USPS, email, or from online accounts even if you have autopay set up to properly record your expenses. I will transmit the payments for these as previously determined to ensure they are received on time and help with your cash flow

Cash Ledger with basic Reconciling

Reconciling the cash ledger can be done in conjunction with the two bookkeeping services above or if you know you can handle the in and out of the money but want help with a monthly review and general ledger account reconciliation

Invoicing

Just like the cash ledger this can be done in conjunction the AR & Cash Posting services above or if you just do not have the time to do the weekly/monthly invoicing for yourself

Data Entry

From time-to-time businesses find themselves for various reasons needing an added set of hands to help with one type of data entry or another, I'm here to handle those short-term assignments and projects. It doesn't have to involve bookkeeping
